Who are your services designed for?
We work primarily with nonprofits, social enterprises, and purpose-driven organizations in Colombia. Our services are suited to teams at any stage — from early-stage groups still finding their footing, to established organizations preparing to expand.
How do sessions typically work?
Sessions are usually held in person at our Bogotá office or via video call, depending on your preference. We keep conversations unhurried and focused. You won't be rushed through an agenda — we follow the thread that matters most to your organization.
What does the Sustainability Companion include between sessions?
Between the monthly sessions, you can reach us by email with questions that come up as you work through the shared plan. We don't offer unlimited availability, but we do respond thoughtfully within a few working days to help you stay on track.
Are the prices listed per person or for the whole organization?
All prices are per engagement, not per person. The Mission Clarity Session at $118.000 COP, the Sustainability Companion at $196.000 COP per month, and the Impact Study at $308.000 COP are each billed to the organization as a whole.
How do we get started?

Is what we share kept confidential?
Yes. Everything shared in our sessions stays between us. We treat your organizational information with full discretion and don't share it with third parties. We're happy to formalize this in a written confidentiality agreement if that's helpful.
